everything was fine. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was very good, the rooms were very clean and good. And Aziza is close to the city center. Just 10 min. walk. We are so happy for the stay. AND Sarajevo is a great town.

The hotel is really a 5 stars hotel. The quality of the service, of the rooms and of it's ameties are really very high. The common areas are not very big, but everything is very new and nice. The location is perfect for tourists. As there weren't many reviews yet when we booked, I was a little reluctant (as the price is quite high) But we really enjoyed our stay and I am very glad that I chose it.

    Excellent hotel. Has great facilities, lovely staff, brilliant food. Their breakfast is unmatched. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade and had a sizeable bath to relax in. The room was very nice overall with a comfortable bed, lots of space for clothes etc. and some fruit/biscuits on arrival.
