I loved the ground floor decoration as well as the decoration of the room. The bathroom was new, the shower very comfortable. The hotel is very super mega clean. The breakfast was amazing. The very secure parking very conveniently located as it was the hotel!

The very warm welcome and attention to detail for all facilities especially large buffet at breakfast Inc the crispiest bacon. They were exceptionally kind and recommended good restaurants too. Will defo return especially as an easy drive to the Shuttle crossing. The Cocoon is only a few minutes walk to the Cloth hall. Easy parking outside the Cocoon too.

It is a 5 minute walk from the main square with lots of restaurants, the cathedral and the WW1 museum. In front of its entrance there is a large free car park. The host Karen is kind, sociable and helpful. Our room was very clean, the bed had an extremely comfortable mattress, and we had free water, tea and coffee available in the room. Very good breakfast and Karen tries to cater for all needs. A great experience.

The owner, Elodie, met us upon arrival and accommodated our special requests. She truly made us feel welcome and a valued client. The hotel was so quaint and inviting, from the period decor to the flowers to the individual butter cups at breakfast. The rooms were very clean and had everything, at no extra cost!

Beautiful hotel and rooms, staff amazing and breakfast was probably the best one we had on this trip. Full buffet breakfast with eggs, croissants, fruit, coffee, juices ... amazing. And a beautiful country location .
