The staff were welcoming, friendly & went above & beyond. Breakfast was amazing! Great location a beautiful town with lots to do & a fantastic hotel in walking distance of attractions & restaurants.

The very warm welcome and attention to detail for all facilities especially large buffet at breakfast Inc the crispiest bacon. They were exceptionally kind and recommended good restaurants too. Will defo return especially as an easy drive to the Shuttle crossing. The Cocoon is only a few minutes walk to the Cloth hall. Easy parking outside the Cocoon too.
