We only had the one night in Namur, but it couldn't be faulted. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, while the room and facilities were everything that you would want. In fairness, we spent very little time at the hotel, as the bar and bistro were booked out due to a conference, so further comment is difficult to state accurately. The location was ideal for exploring the attractions of the old city and we did find the local hospitality options very good.

It was the third time that I stayed here. We walked GR 126 from Flawinne to Dinant with this location as stop midway. This time we stayed in the room with river view, and it is absolutely amazing, that view. The hosts are generally very welcoming and friendly people. They even speak Dutch and give a personal intro to the room. The on-site restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is simple but complete and more than enough. Bring your own shampoo. There is no coffee, tea in the room, but the hosts accommodate your every request and filled our thermos with tea for next day's cold winter hike.
