The availability of secure parking added to the overall convenience of our stay. Our room was not only well-appointed but also consistently clean and tidy throughout our stay. I recommend this hotel especially for great location. It is located in front of the Tsarevets castle. View from the room was amazing. You can watch the evening light show from the room. If you choose a room without the view on the castle, there is a terrace on the roof of the building where you can also go and look at the castle and watch the show. Breakfast was good, but can be improved. The room was clean and pleasant. The staff was kind and friendly.

One of my favourite places in Bulgaria. This property has the traditional Bulgarian character and style coupled with modern comforts and high quality finishes. Just beautiful. The restaurants are wonderful too. The grounds of the hotel are lovely, authentic and relaxing.

Location, amazing view, well maintained grounds, room upgrade, the size of the rooms and comfortable beds, the playground and the trampoline located near the restaurant. Staff was lovely too.
