Really really good hotel (I think it’s more of a hotel than motel)… Huuuge rooms, huge beds. WiFi is good. There was parking for the cars, 24/7 reception. Wonderful TVs in the rooms. Very kind staff. The restaurant is wonderful, great service and great food. Also the garden is pretty nice. Besides everything above, they allowed us late checkout because the room was not reserved after us. I would recommended this motel for sure if you visit Sandanski.

The room was clean and cozy, and it wasn’t too far from the market in Sandanski. The team at “ВАИС” was very professional and friendly! I had originally booked a studio but didn’t specify anything about the view in my request. They kindly offered me another room with the view I wanted — such a nice gesture! Oh, and their bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap, and others) were so cute and of great quality!

The house is perfect for a few nights stay, at the very heart of the city of Sandanski, 1 minute from the pedestrian area at the city center. It was clean, the staff is very friendly and professional. They called to confirm the reservation and clear the details before our trip, then gave us directions to find the location and met us on the street to help with parking and accommodation. All rooms have terrasse which is great. Issuing a company invoice is also not a problem.

This place is amazing. Everything about it is positive. The facilities are modern, clean and well maintained. The young woman who seemed to do most everything was terrific. We had no language in common but we got by fine. The breakfasts were fine and the evening meals tasty and substantial.
