Location is excellent, right in the centre of Banff. The roof top relaxing area was really lovely, especially after a long day hiking. The property is very clean, well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful . The restaurant is very good, both for breakfast and dinner. There are also laundry facilities which was great for those of us who are travelling around Canada. Excellent hotel.

We were upgraded to what we think would have been the best room in the hotel. So it was lovely and had views of the mountains. Nice stroll to downtown

We were lucky to get an upgraded room due to keys not working in our original room so it was lovely and big and the bed was super comfy with a cute little balcony very nice room clean and tidy. The hottub area is so nice lovely touch to the lodge and the reception area and bar were really nice.

We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff upgraded our room without additional cost. The view of the room was stunning! The Juniper Bistro was exceptional! What a wonderful stay. We look forward to stay at the Juniper again.

We had amazing views over the mountains and a lovely room. The manager upgraded us to a suite for our anniversary which really made our stay.
