The hotel reception staff were simply excellent in all aspects, even the housekeeping manager, the rooms are large and opulent and very nicely furnished, the bed is very comfortable. It is very well kept and very clean.

Great hotel in a pretty and quiet suburb of Toronto, across the street from a shopping center. Very good gym and swimming pool, great breakfast. All the staff were really nice and helpful. The travel to downtown Toronto is super easy - by car to Bramalea GO and then take a train to Union. There is plenty of free Parkinng at Bramalea.

Very comfortable, big bed, linens and towels extra white there are a microwave, coffee maker and a fridge. It was a King Suite. In the Queen's Suit there are a kitchen stove, big fridge and dishes.

Here, there are plenty of free parking spaces, a clean indoor swimming pool, and a 24-hour gym. Every staff member in the hotel is very enthusiastic, polite, and responsible! The room our family stayed in was very clean, spacious, warm and comfortable, with complete facilities. The bath water was hot and comfortable! The daily (also open on Christmas Day) free buffet breakfast is rich in variety, nutritious and delicious! We can drink fragrant coffee and tea every day! We also received a love gift from the hotel at Christmas, thank you very much! All in all, this is the most cozy and comfortable hotel we have ever stayed in, and it feels like home!
