Apartment was spacious, comfortable and welcoming. Luc (the host/owner) was very helpful and was also proactive in reaching out to us and letting us know about the neighbourhood. He told me about the resident bears in Field and sure enough I saw them the next day!

Wow, the vistas of snow-clad mountains, frozen lake and emerald green river take your breath away. The rooms have character ++, warmth with the ambience of your own open fire. The staff were so accommodating, great responses prior to our trip via the messaging on Booking.com and so lovely when we arrived with doing what they could to get us checked in early. Particular shout out to Isabel (I think - from England?) who was on the reception most times when I popped in. They went above and beyond with arranging a little surprise in our room for my friend's birthday, and allowing us to park ahead of our check in time so we could walk down to Lake Louise. The thoughtful touches in the rooms, such as the granola bars and oatmeal, coffee machine with tea, plenty of towels, etc., made our stay feel very luxurious. It's in a beautiful location, so quiet, and feels like a lovely smaller place to stay. We will definitely be back!
