We were given a free upgrade to a deluxe king suite, which also included breakfast. When I asked why the free upgrade, the receptionist simply said that they like to please first time guests, if there is availability. Our room was very comfortably- it was 2 rooms made into one, so it was very spacious with 2 full bathrooms. The restaurant on site, Gio, was really good.
