We loved the little cabin we stayed in ,the fall color was beautiful ,the place was very quiet .we enjoy cooking food so the small kitchen was perfect ,we did not hike their new trails but next time we would.would absolutely stay again

we stayed in the end of september and the room is equipped with a gas fireplace and there is warm air coming out from the venting holes as well. It was beyond expectation, room is super warm and cozy, water is also very hot, room is very clean. unfortunatly the hot tub was closed at that time but the pool is open and clean to swim! Bonus is the gaming room it has pingpong, pool and shuffleboard, etc.

We were upgraded to the brand new section of the hotel. The room was very very nice, & I don't know who designed the bathroom but it's top notch with beautiful black tap wear & accessories. We used the lounge area on the bottom floor for pre dinner drinks each night we stayed. I could not fault the hotel & I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in Jasper.

Great location on the Icefields Parkway. Simple rooms that were clean and comfortable. Staff set up a pack 'n play for us when we checked in. Breakfast was great - pastries, eggs, juice, coffee/tea, cereal, oatmeal. Front desk staff were super helpful - gave us great recommendations for family friendly hiking options. Internet in the lobby was fast, which was helpful as I needed to reserve Lake Louise tickets on the day we were in Sunwapta. Would definitely recommend if you need a stop between Banff and Jasper!

The location is awesome, the environment is beautiful and peaceful. The room was warm, comfy, and cozy. I loved the hot tub where you can enjoy the view of the sky. The staff, in general, was very friendly except for one person.

    Great facilities and views. We received a generous free upgrade to a room with a view when we arrived. The whole family enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Great little gym with a lot of equipment. Hotel was very clean. Room was replenished every day. Good proximity to town.

    We had everything we could have possibly have needed in our room. Room was very clean and loved the jacuzzi for 2. Lovely little town, with shops and restaurants in walking distance (10-15 mins). Wildlife IN THE TOWN just walking around freely. Would highly recommend

    Rooms were spacious enough and clean. Staff was friends and were able to accommodate an earlier check-in which is appreciated but understood that it's never guaranteed. Location is lovely. The pool is warm and the hot tub is really nice. The design around the pool is very soothing and relaxing. Views are nice. Appreciate the microwave and kettle.

    The location is excellent, close to good restaurants and amazing trails. The room was spacious and clean. Jacuzzi bath in the room worked well and was very relaxing. The room also has a great balcony which we couldn't open because of cold weather but I imagine how nice it must be in summer.
