​A spacious and excellently equipped apartment. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment and the neighborhood were quiet, even though it's very close to family attractions and a 15-minute walk from Niagara Falls. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was served to the room. The hotel has a parking lot, which is a big plus. I highly recommend it!

Our stay at the Niagara Grandview Boutique Hotel was nothing short of incredible. The building is picturesque and adorned with tasteful decor, clearly reflecting its recent renovation. Everything was impeccably maintained, with the bathroom, especially the shower, standing out as a dream. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making our experience even more special. The cherry on top was the delightful breakfast, which was prepared with such care and love. We were so enamored with our stay that we immediately extended it by a day. Highly recommended!

The room was spotless, pleasantly scented, and the beds were very comfortable. We were pleasantly upgraded from a queen room with 2 queen bed to a presidential suite, where we enjoyed the in-room jacuzzi after a long day of activities.

I like the location, it is close to the incline railway, and we got the WEGO day pass with limitless access to the facility, so that made it easy to go to the falls side without walking too much. We arrived early and the room wasn't ready to be checked in, but the staffs helped us stored our luggages so we can began our adventure right away. Our room was located at the penthouse level, we have to use two elevators to get to our floor. It was our first time to use the manually controlled lift, but the instructions from the staffs and the notes they gave us were clear enough so we had no problem getting to our room. It turned out to be a fun experience staying here. The view to the falls from our room was amazing, I love my time sitting by the window and glazing through the day and night scenery. After checkout, we realised that we forgot our takeout food in the fridge, and by calling them, the staffs were very helpful to find it and stored away in fridge until we returned to pick it up. Big thanks to all the staffs that you've made our trip carefree and enjoyable. Will definitely recommend the Tower Hotel to family and friends and can't wait to come back any sooner.

We loved the room and location for the price we received, so much so that we extended for an extra night. It was affordable. Bonus for being in walking distance to Clifton Hill. We will most likely book here again next time we are in Niagara Falls. The room was also clean and overall quiet for a busy weekend.
