From the moment of booking, the staff reached out & offered any support ie. time of arrival; any spa or special trips etc. We got excellent help from the reception & concierge team (shout out to Dean). We were upgraded too, but honestly it was a beautiful hotel, so spacious & well appointed in every way. Room service was fabulous too, lots of choice, amazing quality & arriving promptly. We ordered a car to take us on a trip & one to go back to the airport. So easy. Staff were exceptional & the epitome of 5star service!

Very friendly reception by Guest Service Expert Raylin Sales at check-in. All of our special requests (early check-in, late check-out, special amenities) were met with exceptional service. The view from our corner room was stunning, providing us with memorable pictures of our stay. The whole experience made my birthday celebration one of a kind.
