Where to start. The hotel is extremely lovely and more Brittish than the UK. Separate library with comfy chairs and fire place. Reasonable prizes for the drinks. Service is excellent, communication is easy, the beds were the most comfortable ever. Rooms with AC and individual heating for bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast is fantastic. Chef Gerald takes care of every wish or diet. I wish there were more hotels like Abigail's. Every morning a new breakfast menu is prined with weather forecast. We definately will return to Abigail's when in Victoria!

Beautiful hotel, with amazing amenities. Loved the mineral pools. Our room was stunning, with attention to detail. We received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for our 20th anniversary, which was much appreciated. Staff were always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Oak Bay Beach Hotel. Beautiful part of Victoria, fantastic breakfast and a wonderful host. Sylvia even drove us to our bus pickup when our taxi did not show up.

Spacious room, well furnished, with a seating area. Plenty of space, and room for clothes. Nice large windows. Coffee, tea and hot cider available most of the day. Excellent location. A very short walk to the harbor, in one direction, and a multitude of restaurants in the other direction.

Everything was perfect. We were upgraded to the newly refurbished room with 2 storey. The staff, Komal, at reception showed excellent service.

The Helm’s Inn is an excellent choice of hotel in downtown Victoria. Only a few minute walk to the BC Museum or Beacon Hill Park. The suites are quite large and the kitchenette was well appointed. We have stayed here many times and will be back again.
