Location is just wow! The staff was great and lovely options around for food and drinks. The overall vibe of the place was great. Well connected and feels amongst nature. Highly recommend and the city is a must visit.

Great view & lovely family run hotel

The hotel was excellent. We had a room with a balcony and lake view which was beautiful. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us a history of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice. We booked a table for evening meal and the catered for lactose and gluten free options. The food was delicious and they had a very extensive wine list. The complimentary whirlpool, sway bed and relaxation area and refreshments were excellent. Thank you for a great stay.

The location in Brunnen was lovely

Fantastic location next to the lake beautiful views from the balcony. Staff so lovely and helpful, couldn't do enough for us. The staff lady at breakfast is so lovely, really makes you smile first thing. .

Relaxing, very nice view,security very good breakfast , there were laundry room and iron in our floor The hotel staff were very friendly,lovely and helpful, especially Ms. Mira and Mr. Sandro,i think i will back to hotel because of them .
