Amazing property perfect for our family

The room and view were amazing, very very spacious, comfortable bed, parking available. The breakfast had many options and it offers again an amazing view. The spa, indoor pool and sauna again great additions!

It was awesome. The place is up the hill. It has an amazing view. One of the best. I recommend it. If you wanna see the promenade in Vevey, you can just find a bus 5 min from the hotel. The room was very clean. The parking place is very big and for sure your care is safe.

From check-in to check-out, it was such a pleasant and smooth stay! The gentleman who welcomed us (I'm guessing he is the owner) was very polite and enthusiastic and proactive! His English was very good and he was just very helpful. Because he saw that I had two young children with me, he upgraded me to a slightly bigger room. And as I had a huge and heavy luggage, he gave me a room on the second floor which didn't require me to lug my luggage up a flight of stairs to the third floor. Very helpful! He was also very insistent on looking for a room with 3 single beds for me as I was 1 adult and 2 kids but we were fine with the 2 single beds pushed together. The room was slightly on the small side but it was very clean (a bit dark) but all was in good order. The bathroom was very clean and I think it was recently renovated? Modern, white and bright! Water pressure was very good. Breakfast was good!The lady there working all by herself and with limited English was super passionate and speedy in her tasks. I couldn't thank her enough for taking good care of us. The variety being offered was also good! Especially for a 3 star property. Everything was clean and hygienic. I was at another property which claimed to be 3 star plus but the breakfast wasn't as good! We also had one meal at the restaurant. My son enjoyed the burger. Prices were also reasonable for costly Switzerland! Upon check-in we got tourist cards which gave us access to the public transportation and half price off some of the tourist attractions in the area like Chaplin's World and Chillon Castle. Traveling to and fro the hotel and nearby towns like Vevey and Montreaux was very easy. Once again, gentlemen at reception explained it clearly and gave us maps. Location wise, yes it's a bit of a distance from attractions but with the above tourist card, it was fine. Good to be hopping on the bus to do some sightseeing.
