Everything was perfect. They had the best service we have ever experienced, the breakfast was delicious, the staff were one of the friendliest people i’ve ever met, the bartender even teached us how to play pool! the place was so nice and clean, the beds were so comfy, and the balcony had the best view of the mountain, we felt really welcomed, they even gave us free welcoming drink and cake and when we checked out they give us free water bottles and chocolate and a ride to the train station.. Honestly worth every penny, BEST HOTEL EVER, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!!! :D

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Gletschergarten and the view to Eiger is simply amazing. The room was very comfortable. We liked very much the atmosphere in the hotel and its story, a truly mountain hotel.We will return to this hotel, for sure.

The facilities were really good. The location was awesome, very close to the bus stop and the village. Good quality of cleaning and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

The room was big, no problem with suitcases. The bathroom was also very nice and big. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices. The location is great near the railway station (5 min.) and the FIRST station (cablecar, 5.min.).

Run by the same family for over 100 years, Jungfrau Lodge, Annex Crystal is located in the Grindelwald ski, bike and hiking area.

Nice hotel with one of the best views of the Eiger Mountain. Comfortable rooms with balcony and good view. Very helpful and welcoming staffs. Good breakfast. They have a good parking space as well. You can book all the Jungfrau cable car and train tickets from the reception. Jungfrau Cable car terminal and Grindelwald hbf is within walking distance.

We loved everything about the hotel. First thing to know — it is located on the first station Bort of the same gondola that goes up to the First. The biggest advantage of the hotel's location is that it has a direct open view on Eiger and Grindelwald. You literally feel like a bird. The view from the window and a little area with loungers in front of our room were breathtaking. Literally, no words can describe this view. Staying at the hotel was already a gem of the trip. The breakfast was very nice. Everything was tasty, the restaurant interior is cozy. We loved it.

We ended here for one night because the place we had originally booked (independently) did not have a record of our final night. But boy, did we ever end up thankful for this little serendipity. This lodge turned out to be even more beautiful than the first (which we loved), and as this was our final night in the Bernese Alps, we could not have been more pleased. The view from our ("basic") room was outstanding, the staff could not have been nicer, the breakfast was good, and the location--quiet, lush and green, overlooking a little storybook village at the upper end of the Grindelwald canyon with a view of the mountains--was simply ethereal. Now I dream of coming back here in winter!
