The fixed menu dinner is excellent and the service all around the hotel is one of the best we experienced. The attention to details makes a big difference to other properties and the owners are present every step of the way to make our stay enjoyable. The well equipped play room filled the days when snow conditions did not allow us to hit the ski-runs. The shuttle throughout Grindelwald stopping in front of the hotel is very convenient as well as the free entries offered to the Grindelwald Sportcenter (ice skating, pool) to all benefiting of the visitor card are of great value.

Good location. Room was large and had two balconies. I bet the view was spectacular but due to weather we never saw it. Breakfast was great.

Spacious rooms. Bus from the station drops you right to the hotel (however, last bus is at 6:44pm so plan accordingly!). Clean, good breakfast. Terrific views from the rooms!
