Friendly staff and clean, large rooms. The location is excellent and close to everything you need. Spectacular views from the hotel. The restaurant is great and well priced. Good breakfast that was included in the price. Would definitely recommend staying at Alpenbick!

Extremely friendly staff, amazing views and plenty to offer in terms of access: well equipped gym, spa, sauna, heated indoor pool, huge breakfast, multiple outdoor relaxation areas. We were very close to the cable car / gondolas to go up to First Mountain (50m across the road), so the location was perfect. We loved our stay here and didn’t want to leave!

The room was big, no problem with suitcases. The bathroom was also very nice and big. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices. The location is great near the railway station (5 min.) and the FIRST station (cablecar, 5.min.).

The room was exactly the same as the pictures on the site. Greetings when arriving were friendly and informative. The room and bathroom were spotless. The breakfast had a nice selection of fruits, cereals, meats, cheeses and breads. The location close to the train station is very convenient for arrival and departure.

Incredible location (Bus stops at the front of the hotel and takes you anywhere, ski track next door, beautiful views!). The hotel is very stunning and each detail has been carefully thought of. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and all passes are available for purchase at the reception. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope to return one day! Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Very impressed.
