The hotel and room was very good, with excelent balcony view of the Alps, we were amazed! ☺️ Wi-fi was very good. The receptionist from Portugal was amazing, very helpful and kind, and speaks very good English. The breakfast was delicious! Hope will come back! 😍

The breakfast was amazing, we loved the breakfast area, so cozy, clean and bright. It was great that the hotel gave us a train pass too so we could leave our car.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I was traveling with my little kid and they were very accommodating. It was a great surprise since i had read so many bad reviews bad I took my chances and all went well.
