I was able to check in early and was upgraded to a better room. The room was exceptional. Ski room was great and opened up to the laneway that leads to the lifts, a walk of about 50m. Breakfast was fantastic. Location was in the centre of town opposite the COOP. The walk from the Stechelberg cable car was less than 5 minutes. Cannot fault the staff, they are the best in the business!

Hotel has a games room with pool table and soccer table and board games. A small library with books and big spacious lounge with free coffee, tea and mull wine. It's a good place to hang out at all these rooms when the weather was bad. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good experience
