Everything about our stay was great, but what really stood out were the stunning view from the room and the friendly owner. The unbeatable location—so close to the train station and right in Mürren village—plus the balcony with its breathtaking view, helped justify the cost.

This hotel’s location is truly fantastic, as it is situated directly in front of Mürren BLM Station, so there is no need to walk a long distance while pulling heavy luggage. Our party consisted of six people—four stayed in a family room, and the other two stayed in a separate room. The family room had a balcony and was equipped with one queen bed and two single beds, which comfortably accommodated four people. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bedding and furnishings were all well-prepared and in excellent condition. From the balcony, we had a clear view of the Silberhorn and the Jungfrau mountain behind it. The balcony offered a splendid view of the beautiful landscape of Mürren. All the front desk staff were very kind. The breakfast at the hotel was also of high quality. There was a wide variety of food, and everything was very fresh. During breakfast, a waiter came to each table to take drink orders, such as coffee, tea, or hot chocolate (included in the breakfast). The view from the breakfast restaurant windows was also wonderful. Our entire family was extremely satisfied with our stay.

The Hotel Jungfrau is situated next to the ski school with its own exercise area for children and offers direct access to slopes around the car-free village of Mürren.

An absolutely wonderful hotel — not just because of its great location, cleanliness, and stunning views from the windows, but above all because of its highly professional staff. I experienced the fastest check-in of my entire travel career: I simply said my name, and I was handed the room key — no prepayment, no passport number check, no forms to fill out, no credit card details. I was able to check in early and was upgraded to a better room. The room was exceptional. Ski room was great and opened up to the laneway that leads to the lifts, a walk of about 50m. Breakfast was fantastic. Location was in the centre of town opposite the COOP. The walk from the Stechelberg cable car was less than 5 minutes. Cannot fault the staff, they are the best in the business!

Everything. The carefree village. The magnificent 50s and 60s Swiss design furniture. The sweet, always ready to help staff. The excellent and varied breakfast fare. Freshly prepared eggs.. The location on the edge of the village, only 5 minutes from some very nice (read good food) restaurants. Well worth paying a bit more for a Mountain View balcony room. That made our stay amazing - we appreciated all the different skies on and over the superb mountains with their glaciers- blue sky, dotted with clouds, low and slate coloured rain clouds, totally submerged by cotton ball clouds coming and going into the valley.
