Everything! Gorgeous older Swiss building. Room was spacious and welcoming. Excellent included breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Highly recommended. Do not hesitate staying here. Be aware this hotel is not situated in the main hotel (the prices are higher there) and in the guest house instead, which is a short walk from this hotel. You have to walk across a bridge like structure, to access the main building, for buffet breakfast/restaurant/facilities. The buffet breakfast was incredible. Very friendly staff.

This is probably the most beautiful place in Switzerland we’ve been to. Very nice rooms with amazing views (even the mountain view), excellent breakfast, very kind personnel always helpful, many options for eating, all very good (especially the Titschli), lovely bar lounge with a wonderful pianoman singing in the evenings (thank you G D Angelo for the enchanting after dinner music), fabulous spa and very good kids spa too (enjoyable by parents as well), not to mention the incredible scenery surrounding the place, and really good ski school. Just an amazing place thank you all!
