I got a free upgrade from a budget room to a suite because I only stayed for one night and the room was free which was super kind and surprising. Also, the breakfast was amazing and well executed and the staff was super friendly. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is at a great location close to the station. The staff thinks along with you and is genuinely involved with their guests. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was very spacious and clean. We booked a room with city view and could still see the lake from one window. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast.
