I am really very happy with the treatment of each of the people who were there, the receptionists Zsofia Melinda Renee made me feel at home, professionals, good treatment, I loved the hotel with the jacuzzi, the mountain views from the first moment we stepped foot in the hotel was amazing the breakfast was spectacular

Very good service. Very cosy/traditional sleeping room, you can see the history of the hotel. Very good breakfast (almost everything made by themselves or locally resourced), and the gourmet menu dinner is something you just have to try yourself!

This hotel is underrated! It’s actually a very beautiful hotel. The breakfast is delicious and they offer plenty of options! It’s very clean and the bed is super comfortable! They also serve a very delicious fondue at their restaurant! Sauna was very useful for the cold nights! And I also loved the balcony and the mind blowing views! I will definitely return back! Really I have nothing to complain about!

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Beds very comfortable, breakfast selection options very good (scrambled eggs were the best I've ever tasted). Staff were very polite and helpful with information and provided any additional supplies if needed. The views from the hotel are quite stunning. Location gave good access to a variety of walking trails in the area. We hope to return to Wengen in the future and would choose to stay in Hotel Alpenruhe for sure.
