i love the hotel decoration and location. The lobby, garden are beautiful. My room has balcony with village and mountain view. huge breakfast buffet which choices of cheese, ham, chicken breast, breads, yogurt, fruits, eggs, coffee, tea, …. with the beautiful rose garden view. Comfy bed. highly recommended if you plan for interlaken, lauternbrunen, grindelwald the tain station is just 150m from hotel and not busy as interlaken. This place felt like a home! All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially as I was on my own they made me feel extra looked after. The restaurant staff especially were extremely friendly and i felt like i knew them after only the two nights staying here. The room was the perfect size for what i needed. The old chalet felt very traditional and added to the charm of the place. The location was exactly what i was looking for- somewhere quiet and peaceful with beautiful scenery. It was easy to get anywhere i wanted as it was only a short walk to either a bus or the train station. The restaurant/bistro on site was so good i chose to eat there both nights instead of going into interlaken for dinner. My stay here has really made me want to return to the Jungfrau region and when i do, i will certainly be staying here again.

Convenient parking. Easy, friendly, and helpful check-in. Comfortable, clean, charming rooms. The hotel restaurant offered quality dinners with exceptional service. Breakfast was well stocked with many options. The overall atmosphere and customer service were excellent and recommended. I would gladly return for a longer stay in the area.

Value for money as you get a great view from your room, 5 mins from Lauterbrunnen station, next to cable car station for Murren and junction for Grindelwald, Interlaken and Jungfraujoch. Rooms are big, clean and very well furnished with wooden elements, loved them. Food is great at their restaurant and staff was very polite and helpful.
