It's a very nice property, managed by very friendly and professional team. From the check in till they took us to the train station all the team behaved in a very friendly manner. The location is obvioulsy very good. Breakfast selection is wide and tasty. The rooms are nicely decorated. Spending time in the lobby and drinking something after a long ski day with whole family was quite a routine for us. Thanks a lot to the friendly management team in Chesa Valese.

Everything was perfect! Every member of the staff was incredibly supportive and friendly. The hotel is a bit outside the center, but we truly enjoyed the pleasant walks.
