We arrived in Zermatt late at night from Vienna and were pleased with the reception and assistance provided by Michael. The hotel had prepared a simple meat and cheese platter for us. The room temperature in our suite was perfect and we settled in pretty quickly after a long journey. We loved the amenities provided, including high-quality toiletries, pillow options, tea and coffee. The beds were super comfortable. It was wonderful to wake up to beautiful views of the mountains. Breakfast was excellent and served in a cosy restaurant. Chesa Valese is just perfect!

    Such a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are lovely and spacious and the pool area is relaxing. Superb views of the Matterhorn and be sure to listen out for the Blacknecked goats if you are there in Summer. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food.
