breakfast was awesome. the meal to get you through the whole day. stuff was so nice and helpful, room was ready before the check-in time (so I could check-in earlier). interior is amazing, I was mesmerized by everything. staff helped me with everything that I asked, and were so polite. Easy walk, even with suitcase, from Zurich HB to the hotel. Nice staff to advise me about train tickets to from Zurich HB to Italy. Quiet room, I actually could hear nothing from the street through the good-quality window. Mini bar was free.
