Excellent bed, beautiful room,very comfy and modern. Loved the decorations and the attention to details. Breakfast was good and the location is perfect. Reception staff is one of the best assets of the hotel.

We arrived to the hotel after 10pm on New Years Eve after trekking in Patagonia. Thoroughly exhausted, as soon as we arrived the staff welcomed us, asked if we wanted any late night food, got us set up, and had a NYE party ready to go for guests. The welcome honestly blew us away since we had no way to communicate how late we were getting back. They were so accommodating and the rooms are more beautiful than the photos indicate (and the photos are stellar). Highly recommend.

When staying in Puerto Natales, it makes sense to stay at the Hotel Australis. It has great views over the water, the rooms and food are good - it is exactly what you need either before or after a trip to Torres del Paine. Great value for money, no complaints about staying here.
