The apartment was spotless with everything that you needed. The location is amazing, it is in a nice, green and safe area in Santiago; we enjoyed strolling around the neighbourhood and visit some restaurants closed by. It is also easily reached by metro, bus or car; that make it easier to get know other places as well. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Thank you! We will come back for sure!

Suite was extremely spacious. Cocktails from the bar were very good. Easy walk to costanera center and metros. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Allowed us to checkin extremely early which was a huge bonus.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to discover downtown Santiago. The hotel is in a quiet street next to the Santa Lucía hill, very close to the busy downtown area but away from the noise and chaos. The hotel has been beautifully carved into one or two old buildings with Art Nouveau details, and is very tastefully decorated. The room was comfortable, the terrace lovely, the restaurant excellent, and the staff very helpful. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Lastarria neighborhood, which has several trendy restaurants.

I had to take breakfast before the breakfast time - they did it anyway for me. Super friendly staff. Nice recommendation for dinner close by. Beautiful old palace in Santiago. Way better than a classical impersonal hotel - excelent valuenfor money. Neighborhood is a traditional one in Santiago, but these days not the safest. Just make sure you are taken there by taxi if you come by night.
