It is just such a beautiful place, natural and tranquil. The staff are fantastic, very nice and attentive, they made our stay very special. We would like to thank David, Chris, Raul and Luz and all the other staff - they were like friends. The beach and water is outstanding, the best we have ever tried. We will come back soon again. It was very hard to leave this magical place

    Everything!!! Our stay at the hotel was worth every minute, from the boat ride from the dock to our return. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable, the staff is super friendly, the food is very typical and delicious. If you are looking for a place to really disconnect, relax in front of the beach and enjoy the advantages of being on an island, Islas del Encanto is the place. Many thabks to Dennise, Christian, Alicia, Martin and Lore for your outstanding service.

    A beautiful place to retreat from the hectic city of Cartagena. Also the food in the restaurant is absolutely beautiful with lovely seafood. A great place to relax for a couple of days.
