A carefully designed hospitality experience makes this a trully boutique hotel. All the staff was very kind and attentive. The facilities are very comfortable and modern. The breaksfast was a highlight both quality and service. A great buffet with a variety of fresh fruits, breads and cold cuts, combined with a hot dishes menu. There also the excellent service of Michael well represented the the excellent hospitality provided at the Click Clack.

The room is very nice, great view, quite big and the best thing is the shower. The breakfast is really good served in one of the restaurants. So initially i didnt write a great review because we had some issues, but a hotel is defined by how they deal with it. The hotel contacted us to see if we could give them another chance to give us an amazing stay and they did! We had an amazing night with complimentary champaign included and heart shaped balloons to celebrate two months pf being married! I siper recomend fhe hotel, they clearly care about their costumers.

Everything was fantastic and clean. The staff was so kind and helpful with anything we needed. The food was excellent and delicious! I love staying at the Biohotel!
