Romantic Hotels in Providencia

The cabanas are lovely, set in a nice garden with even a pool that is useful after a day at the beach. The interior of the cabanas is basic but they are clean, spacious, with fridge and air conditioning and an outdoor space. The staff is friendly and helpful and the included breakfast is good and complete. I had read negative reviews and honestly don't see the point. The beach in front no longer exists because of the hurricane that hit the island a few years ago, the bar/restaurant La Terrazza in front offers sunset views and really good cocktails. Providencia is still an island little exploited by mass tourism, but there is a lot of restaurants , especially on the beach, really nice and good, with delicious fish and lobster. There are sunflies and mosquitos but with a good repellent they are kept away 😉

This place is just pure magic. From the kind family who runs it, the sparkling clean facilities, the view, the comfy mattress, the great shower and their lovely pup, I cannot say enough. I will be back for sure. This is one happy beautiful place!
