The location was absolutely stunning with amazing views of the Arenal volcano and lake. We loved the various hiking trails, one even led to a water fall where you could swim, so bring your swim suits! We saw so much wild-life nearby on our walks including coyotes, toucans and monkeys. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved every meal and found the staff to be super friendly and helpful, wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything was fantastic, can't fault a single thing about this hotel. The setting at the restaurant is what dreams are made of. As we sat down to have lunch on our first day there was a sloth climbing down a tree with the volcano in the background.

This hotel and thermal resort is beautiful. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. The room was comfortable, and the thermal baths were amazing - so relaxing! The staff here were amazing. They were always so helpful and polite and very patient with explanations. Everyone customer-facing spoke excellent English. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a large shower. Each room stands alone and has a small table outside with a view of the volcano (can't miss it!). The best thing is the bar/spa/hots springs area... Wow! Awesome pools with hot spring water and mini waterfalls. There's loads of wildlife milling around (hundreds of birds and lizards including giant iguanas and we even saw armadillos).

Great view of the volcano. Beautiful property a bit away (10 mins) from the main La Fortuna area however still so nice and like how it’s not too busy!
