Staff were very welcoming and knowledgable about surrounds and tours assisting us greatly with getting around and seeing what we had hoped to visit. Joselyn and Erica were so lovely and kitchen staff also very friendly and attentive. There was a resident sloth in the garden which was a treat. The grounds were maintained beautifully with many butterflies. Flowers in room which was also a special touch. Rooms were large and very comfortable. We loved our stay and felt very welcomed. Thank you.

We loved everything, our room was big and clean, in a nice environment, the breakfast was delicious. The owners were very friendly and gave us plenty of recommendations for our visits and restaurants and even booked a guide for us. I highly recommend this place.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, give us a lot of information about what to do, where to eat, and that was good tips. It was a great experience to slept with the sound of the forest. Front of our cabin we saw agoutis, motmot bird and others. The spot is at 15 min walk from Santa Elena and the park curi cancha. Advice : take a rainjacket and a long sleeve for visiting Monteverde, it’s rain often and the night can be cold.

Really nice host, she was very kind with us and explained everything very clearly. She even gave us good advice for places to have lunch/dinner which was a super cool restaurant. The room was clean and very comfortable, it even has a fridge which was useful for us. The breakfast was ready early like we expected and it was very good ! Thanks a lot, we had a nice stay. I recommend Greemount hotel !

Amazingly friendly staff, we made some great friends. Delicious home-cooked breakfasts, very clean rooms. We were a little warm in the room but the staff very kindly provided us with a fan from their own home to use during our stay. The grounds are amazing! Lots of lovely wood paths to explore on the property, beautiful birds to see, and many other animals roaming around. Perfect location as well, right next to CASEM and across from Stella's. Our favourite stay in Costa Rica!

We arrived with high expectations and they were exceeded. Nothing too much trouble for Tony who did all the logistics for our tours. His dad is indeed the sloth whisperer as he managed to find the resident sloth every day. The walks around the property were fabulous with loads of birds. The family have created a little bit of heaven and our stay will be a special memory of Costa Rica.
