Amazing find in Puerto Viejo! Rooms are HUGE and very comfortable. Cleaned well every single day. Nice to cool off in the pool on a hot day as well. Close to everything in town, but quiet location so no noise at night. Really close to the forest so can just sit and listen to the birds as well. Owner lives on the property and is super helpful, responds on Whatapp really quickly if you need anything or have any questions. I was unsure about a spider one night and he promptly came and killed it 😂 Also had parking on the property for when we rented a MC.

Very nice rooms off the street so no street noises. Room and bathroom is great. Breakfast service is also very nice and host is super friendly.

Finca Chica offers accommodation in Puerto Viejo. Cahuita is 16 km from the property. Free WiFi is featured and free private parking is available on site.

This was the most beautiful accommodation we had in Costa Rica. A great villa in the middle of an enchanting garden. Plenty of space, a great kitchen and a super terrace. Every day we woke up to the sound of birds singing. And when we were preparing breakfast, we could watch the hummingbirds from the kitchen window. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Casa Moabi for 6 nights and we were so glad to pick this spot. The accommodation is the perfect place to unwind and relax as you are immersed in the jungle (quite literally). The hosts Shania and Andy were so chill and very easy to communicate with for all our needs :)

At the breakfast time we've had a lot of meal choices. Like, omelette, local fruits, fresh and healthy energisers. The beach was incredible, with clear water and a pleasure to have a morning walk. All the daily activities we're very relaxed and pleased to practice it. Room exceeded my expectations, all white, clean, room staffs are very responsive. In general, Le Cameleon is well placed. The property is very nice to walk around with lots of wildlife. Pool is gorgeous and location is fantastic - right across the street from Playa Cocles. The staff are friendly and food is pretty good. We really enjoyed renting the bikes and riding around Puerto Viejo.

La Costa de Papito is located in Puerto Viejo and offers a spa and on-site restaurant. It is just metres from the beach and includes a free Wi-Fi.

This place is just outside the main village but nice flat walk down, top tip - rather than walk down the road side , cross over to the beach bar & walk left down into town through the beach jungle walk & spot Sloughs ! We took the family bungalows for two traveling couples which was great. Indian restaurant attached we didn’t eat but looked fantastic but the vino was a little expensive £30 !
