excellent property with a great view of the city from the balcony. nice big room. the lady at the reception was super helpful to us. as we had left a bag in the bus we arrived in, she helped us lodge a complaint and also helped speak in the local language to guide us. she also gave us great recommendations for thermal baths and saunas in the city

wow, what an amazing place, magnificent. Location, atmosphere, staff all at highest level. Swimming pool ( modern and with few tubs was a great addition.

The hotel is right in the city center and very well connected to all the city attractions. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need. Excellent hotel. Around 5 Km from Karlovy Vary, very easy to get to the city from there with a car (in our case, motorcycles). We enjoyed very much being there. Rooms were excellent, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff.

This was really a unique experience. The castle looks amazing and everything is clean and new inside. The bed was very comfortable and I liked that they provided 3 different sizes of pillows. We spent all three evenings around the swimming pool area and it was never crowded, and the saunas were nice too. The parking area is quite big, so there were always enough spots to park. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options to choose from.
