The employees were great, helpful, polite and humane.The pools were exceptional, especially the outdoor one. We were given welcome drink when we arrived which was also nice. Room with many windows all around was beautiful.

After a mix-up when we checked in with an identical code that was given to two different rooms, everything was sorted. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The location is central, yet it's very quiet.

Nice quiet location, very helpful and kind staff and friendly atmosphere. There’s a park and one of the mineral water springs just nearby.

We stayed in rooms 108 and 109, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The best part was the incredible staff—they made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. They were so friendly and accommodating, even extending our sauna time, which was a wonderful bonus. The food was exceptional, and every meal felt like being at home with a homemade touch. Overall, the hospitality, the comfort, and the atmosphere were all top-notch. Excellent comfortable hotel centrally located and just a few minutes on foot from the parking house. Staff extremely helpful. We sampled both the restaurants (buffet and a la carte) and found the cooking to a high standard and the prices reasonable. Breakfast menu surely will give a wide choice for anyone. We had several types of massage and were pleased with the results. Highly recommended.

Nice family hotel in the woods but also near the centre of the Spa town Marianské Lázně. The mineral water spring is round the corner just about 5 minutes by walk. The staff was very helpful.
