Rooms are generally nice and clean, just simple good looking accomodation. I loved the outdoor sauna and restaurant. The best part of this place is the staff, extremely helpful, extremely nice. For them alone I highly recommend staying here.

simple and efficient, not far from few shops and restaurants, we also used the sauna which was really needed after a big hike. staff is lovely and friendly. the room was very simple but its all we needed since we spent most of the time outside. the place was clean so it was ok for me. loved the mountains, definitely hike up to Sněžka (czech/polish border) for alien/dystopian vibes!! it’s so worth it. thanks to the staff for being nice to us ☺️

The best hotel! This is top! Super rooms with mountain views, delicious and varied menu, champagne for breakfast! Excellent spa, the staff is beyond praise! A very pleasant town, with many cafes where you can try hearty and tasty national dishes! Dark beer Kozel top! I'll come back here again!

The best mointain cottage I have ever stayed! I am forever grateful for the level of hospitality that went above and beyond my expectations! As a concierge in a 5 star hotel, I can honestly say the service is exceptional in every level. Plus, the cottage looks like from a fairytale and is trully magnificent and remarkable.
