The best hotel! This is top! Super rooms with mountain views, delicious and varied menu, champagne for breakfast! Excellent spa, the staff is beyond praise! A very pleasant town, with many cafes where you can try hearty and tasty national dishes! Dark beer Kozel top! I'll come back here again!

Staff were very helpful when there was a mistake in the room allocation. We loved the wellness room we ended up in, and the facilities in the wellness area were fantastic. Location is lovely, tucked up in the hill away from the town. We wish we stayed for longer!

Excelent breakfast. The Appartment was very clean and comfortable. Great Pool/Souna area, for both kids and adults. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Two parents and two teens, we stayed at the suite - it was very comfortable. The small kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is big and has a great view. The breakfast is very good, we had additional payment for eggs, but it’s fine - it was very good! You have restaurants 5 min walking. We didn’t want to leave.

We have enjoyed our stay very much. Pension Luky is homely, comfortable place to stay. Location is perfect, close to town, yet quiet and peaceful. We will come back again on our next trip to Krkonose.

We loved the spa, after a long walk, it was exactly what we needed. Also, meals were delicious and staffs friendly and polite.

I was drawn specifically by how the corner rooms are aligned in such a way they are flanked on all sides by woodland, and it did not disappoint - it really was like overnighting in the middle of the forest, albeit in the comfort of an all mod cons chalet. Very idyllic indeed. The interior is possessed of an authentic rustic-style charm. Staff were eminently accommodating, I felt very well looked after. The homemade Gugelhupf at the breakfast buffet wa simply divine!
