No sooner had we parked than we were already greeted by a friendly and very helpful hostess. The hotel was gleaming with cleanliness and smelt fresh. Then she took us to the rooms, where everything was at the highest level - comfortable furniture, wifi, aesthetic interior - painting on the walls, all the necessary hygiene products and towels. Breakfasts are paid separately and we regret that we did not try, as the dining room is very cosy and the choice of dishes is pleasantly striking. The hotel itself is very quiet and at night, despite the fact that the windows in our rooms faced the road, nothing interfered with sleep. Of the non-critical minuses, which did not prevent us from finding a common language - the owner does not speak English. More serious minus and we very much ask to correct it, someone smoked in the hotel, in the rooms there was no stench, but in the common corridor the smell was strong even in the morning. Otherwise it is a great place to spend more than 1 night there. Special thanks for the nice cute gifts in honour of Easter. For value for money it is the best offer.

First and foremost, I would like to highlight that our trip to Dresden became truly unforgettable in large part thanks to the wonderful experience we had at this aparthotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was a true Heaven — perfect for enjoying morning or evening coffee while listening to the chimes of nearby church bells. The hotel's location is absolutely ideal — right in the heart of Dresden’s Old Town, on beautiful Neumarkt square. It allowed us to explore all the main sights on foot, with everything just steps away. A special thank you goes to the hotel manager, Udo. To say he is a true professional would be an understatement. His warm conversations, helpful advice, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more pleasant and memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel — you won’t regret choosing it!

I should say that in fact we were upgraded to the Bulow Palais next door: all my comments therefore relate to that. The Bulow Palais breakfast is superb: everything you want.

Perfect location, near the park with Mexican and Italian restaurants nearby. Breakfast was especially tasteful. Dining room has special atmosphere skillful combining rustic and modern. Especially worth to remark impressionists reproductions on the wall.

Room was very nice, bathroom was incredibly spacious and the shower was lovely. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was amazing, the area around the hotel had plenty to see and do, and a lot of restaurants too (They fill up fast though so try to beat the dinner rush).

It was modern, clean, and had a coffee machine as a well as a fully fitted kitchen! Was central to all amenities and the staff were lovely. Complete contrast to Apartment Embassy by LH in Prague, it was like night and day. We were extremely happy with this accommodation 👌
