The location is perfect for tourists. Fussen is nice and quiet, supermarkets and pharmacy close at 7pm. Frontdesk staff speak good English, the service is great. The view of the hotel is marvelous. We can see the New Swanstone Castle directly from the ladder.

The location! 🤩 The hotel is located up the hill in Hopfen am See, a stunning place in the Allgäu region with breathtaking views all around, most of all of Schloss Neuschwanstein which can be seen from a distance. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times, the apartment was spacious and the food was exceptional (organic and locally grown) - fantastic breakfast buffet and a delicious choice of freshly cooked dishes every evening. The pool area is spacious and welcoming and there are free aquagym courses on offer.

The location is great (10 mins away from the train station). Since it was a villa, the architecture is amazing and the interior is very well decorated. The view of the snowy mountains is amazing to get up to. The staff are so nice and helpful. When you get to the room you have a bottle of water and also a bottle of wine in the room for free.

Everything was perfect: beautiful location by the lake. 7mn away from the castles. In a quiet area. The house is beautiful. The apartment is lovely, well decorated, functional, well equipped and very clean. Plenty of parking.

Location Location!!! The view from our room was phenomenal. Staff were exceptional! We spilled red wine on the comforter and the staff could not been more gracious about replacement. We were so embarrassed but they us feel ok about the situation and it was appreciated.

Very cozy hotel, located 15 minutes away from the famous castle Neuscwanstein. Very comfortable stay, nice wellness area, clean and cozy rooms, superb breakfast. We had dinner in restaurant and we had enjoyed "alpine-style" bar with friendly staff.
