Very comfortable and cozy. Good location. Great choice at breakfast. Staff very friendly. Even had a long shoe horn in room. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Lovely cozy individual spaces to sit and have a drink, relaxing. Jars of candy set out at reception to help yourself to and bags provided. Gluhwein set out in evening. Other drinks, snacks available and honesty bar to pay. Tea, coffee etc available at all times. As an extra two lovely labradors belonging to family.

The location is top-notch, just a short walk to the city centre, right next to the River Trave. The breakfast is good and there are different sections of the dining room where people can eat. Outside is part of the dining room when it is warm enough. This is a very good hotel and will stay again when the time comes.

Our room was spacious and well-appointed. The ensuite bathroom was spacious, clean and also well-appointed. The restaurant was first class; the wine list and the food were outstanding, as were the serving staff - knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The receptionist at the front of house was very welcoming, friendly and efficient. All in all a great stay, highly recommended and well worth another visit. The breakfast was plentiful and well laid out. A great start to the day..
