We came by car and were able to park in front of the hotel for a small fee. A short walk from the hotel over one of the canal bridges and you're in the city. Staff very friendly. Even had a long shoe horn in room. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Lovely cozy individual spaces to sit and have a drink, relaxing. Jars of candy set out at reception to help yourself to and bags provided. Gluhwein set out in evening. Other drinks, snacks available and honesty bar to pay. Tea, coffee etc available at all times.
