Very clean, beautifully presented and well maintained. The staff were all fantastic and did their very best to accommodate my poor German vocabulary! The room was cleaned daily, mini bar restocked and towels changed as and when required. The pool was lovely but unfortunately the sauna was off when I went to try it. Location was off the Main Street but not by much, a 10 min walk from the train/bus station.

The room, breakfast, facilities and location all were excellent. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and the breakfast was amazingly good. Room was big and clean and comfy. And the mountain view from our balcony, superb. Nothing to complain about. Definitely worth the visit.

We had been there before the pandemic and loved much. So we came again. All staff is polite and heplful. Hotel was renovated and very clean. Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Spa and pool area are nice. Food is perfect like a fine dining restaurant. You can find everything you want and more for breakfast. If you are planing a holiday at Garmisch, this hotel is definitely the best.

We had chosen to stay at Das Graseck as part of our honeymoon and it was perfect! The access via the cable car was great fun; the location was breathtakingly beautiful; there was a variety of spa facilities available all of which were very clean and well maintained; you can walk to Partnach Gorge from the hotel; the 4 course meal each night was absolutely wonderful! We couldn't fault the food in anyway. What made this stay even more wonderful was the staff; the staff and team at Das Graseck were lovely, especially since we spoke very little German so they were kind enough to speak in English where possible. Additionally we want to say thank you for upgrading our room as a honeymoon treat. The room we had was absolutely stunning, and we were very grateful. Lastly, I want to make a special mention to 'Robin' who was one of the restaurant staff and who served us for our first two nights; he was very polite and patient, very caring as to when we wanted our next meal and whether there was anything on the menu we didn't want. Robin really stood out to us on our stay in his excellent customer service, so thank you.

This was my second stay in this hotel. That should explain how amazing my first experience must have been! First time i booked a couple room and the second time a room with 4 beds because we were a group. Both the rooms were very comfortable. The staff, both the times was very very helpful. They let us keep our luggage after check out so that we could enjoy our day trip to zugspitze. The restaurant has amazingly tasty food! There is also a souvenir shop exactly opposite to the hotel. This is my fixed stay every time I will visit Garmisch in future for sure :)
