It's a lovely, characterful hotel, with friendly staff and beautifully decorated rooms. The breakfast is good, and the library/bar is a delightful place in which to relax. It's a great location, near the city centre but with nice pubs and restaurants nearby. Our second stay, and would visit again.

Hotel was just perfect for our one night away without children. We got a very friendly, warm welcome at reception and we were given an upgrade to a Courtyard Deluxe which was beautiful. Fun details like the bathroom having a window into the bedroom, the chrome coffee machine and the free mini bar were a bonus. Roof Terrace bar was lovely, we had a quiet drink up there and then came back later for dinner where the staff were really attentive. Dinner and breakfast were exceptional.
We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Munich.

Excellent customer service. We got an upgrade to a really nice room. The beds were comfortable. There were enough towels, toiletries and pillows for 2 nights. We were pleasantly surprised by how lovely our experience at cocoon was!
