The staff is very nice and always helpful. At the restaurant they even have some staff that speaks Spanish. This was really nice for my parents who where here for vacations. The rooms are big and very clean. We had a nice balcony with an amazing view of the mountain. The location is really good. I fully recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff who can provide good advice for transportation which saved me a lot of money. Very suitable for vegetarians, it served the best food in my Germany trip. The quality of dinner and breakfast were top notch!! Wonderful cakes and authentic Kaesespaetzle!! Perfect view of Ettal, even our driver was so impressed by its view there!
