The hotel was superb in every way. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; our room was quiet, roomy and very comfortable and had a great view over the Danube; the buffet breakfast was outstanding with a wide range of quality food; the underground parking next door was wonderful; and, the location of the hotel could not be faulted - it was right in the heart of Passau Old Town and across the river from the old fort, Veste Oberhaus. We had a wonderful stay!!

Best location in the old town Our hotel is surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere - directly on the southern bank of the river next to the castle park with no road in between.

I booked my staying on the go, just at the reception closing hours and arrived one hour later. The hosts still made it all to go effortless for me. Thank you! It's a nice place to stay, located in an older/historical building with a charm, in an old town area.

The overall experience. Spotless, very close to the river, beautiful building and garden. The young lady, Lena, is such an attribute to the establishment. She even assisted me in getting me to tap and pay after losing my purse. She was really the only one that was prepared to assist.M

Very nice location. Beautiful view to the Danube River and very good idea to have directly exit on the other side to the city center. Romanian ladies from reception and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Really nice place!
