Great hotel, very hospitable staff. Everything is brand new and high quality, the hotel must have undergone big renovation. I nearly didn't book it because of the rating, which could be for the hotel before the renovation.

What an amazing location ! The staff were wonderful and made us feel particularly welcome on our return visit. Do arrive in plenty of time to explore the surrounding countryside especially the frog pond above the nearby monastery ! The evening meal in the splendid restaurant is highly recommended. We were served by a charming father and son from Goa who complimented the usual German friendliness perfectly.
